We develop nitinol implant products for our customers including wire braiding, shape forming, and laser-cutting nitinol with custom designed and manufactured fixtures and optimised heat treatment parameters and surface finishes including electro- and chemical polishing.
Some examples of our work:
- Braided vascular Implants – Multiple bifurcated, trifurcated, non-circular specialist braids in many custom configurations.
- Fixation loops for arterial sensors – Designed and developed the optimum shape and to fit complex morphology of the human vasculature. We then made tooling to manufacture the loops and assembled the entire sensor in our cleanroom.
